As the name suggests, these pads provide extra grip thanks to the non-slip palms. This results in reduced grip fatigue and allows you to lift heavier. In addition, wearing the pads reduces calluses and hand pain. The easy-to-wear Palm Grip Pads stay in place during exercise thanks to the finger loops.
